Laurel Davis, AGNP-C
Laurel Davis is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 27 years of experience, having specialized in aesthetics for the past 15 years. Laurel also has a range of experience in Medical, Surgical, and ICU Nursing. Then was a Study Coordinator for transplant research at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She started her aesthetic career in plastic surgery and consulted with L’Oréal in the development of their skincare lines. She currently instructs aesthetic providers all over the country and has trained over 3,000 injectors in the past 11 years. She continues to provide private training and has also organized and developed a number of Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs within the aesthetics industry.
Laurel is a member of multiple medical organizations allowing her to remain current on all developments within her field. Through her continuing education efforts, she has also taken several courses on facial anatomy helping to ensure the utmost safety of her patients. Her focus is on a true concierge aesthetic experience. Kingslea delivers premium personalized care as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Her extensive experience collaborating with board-certified plastic surgeons and dermatologists in Charleston, SC while running a high-volume injectables practice has allowed her to hone her skills. She has expertise in the areas of advanced facial anatomy and non-surgical rejuvenation. Her unique approach allows a rare combination of experience, knowledge, and personal attention that she has developed over nearly 9 years in the field of aesthetic injectables, including non-surgical facial rejuvenation. A native of Charleston, Kingslea first obtained her Bachelor of Nursing degree from The University of South Carolina before continuing to achieve her Masters and Doctorate of Nursing from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2013 (where she graduated magna cum laude).
Kingslea has a diverse foundation in holistic medicine, dermatology, dermatologic surgery, acne and rosacea therapy, skincare, various skin conditions, skin lesions, lasers, neurotoxins, fillers, and cosmetics. She is able to address her patients’ goals using her distinctive techniques in a wide variety of aesthetic rejuvenation treatments (including Botox, Dysport, Jeaveau, Xeomin, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra Aesthetic, resurfacing, lasers and tightening devices). In addition to assisting her clients to achieve natural-looking results, she enjoys training other injectors, traveling, and spending time outdoors along with her husband, Preston, and their young daughter Legare.
Kingslea Dukes, DNP-C
Meredith is a Physician Assistant with a background in interventional cardiology including inpatient and outpatient care, as well as medical/surgical dermatology in addition to aesthetics and skincare. Meredith has a vast knowledge of skin diseases and worked previously in research helping conduct trials for various medications and skin diseases in Charleston, SC.
While she loved her time in surgery and research, her heart has always been in skincare and aesthetics. She prides herself on being patient-focused and working with individuals to achieve natural results.
Meredith lives with her husband, two daughters, and their golden-doodle Max in Mount Pleasant, SC. She always says, “If you want to change your skin, I would love to be your hype girl.”

Carly Jefferis BSN, RN
Carly attended nursing school in San Diego where she fell in love with pediatrics. She went on to work as a neonatal ICU nurse for two years in Philadelphia and one year here in Charleston. Despite her love of caring for the smallest patients, she also found herself becoming more and more passionate about skincare.
Though she initially began with the Look & Co. as a medical assistant, it didn't take long for the team to recognize her talent and bring her on as a registered nurse. Carly enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them reach their skincare goals through a solid regimen and different treatments.
Carly lives in Mount Pleasant and enjoys spending her days off on the beach with friends, traveling, or reading a good book.

Ariana's passion for all things skin care and beauty are what led her to study esthetics and obtain her license. Throughout her career, she has been furtunate to take many specialized trainings with the aesthetics field; it was when she discovered micro blading that she knew she had found her calling.
Arianna's keen eye and ability to create undetectably natural brows for her patients allowed her to quickly advance to a micro blading educator, sharing her passion and knowledge with others within the industry.
Ariana's goal is to make every patient leave feeling more confident in their own skin.

Chelsea Elizabeth has been a licensed and practicing aesthetician since 2009. She received her diploma from the Euro Institute of Skin Care in Seattle, WA where she not only learned the art of European skin care and massage techniques, but also the holistic teachings of health and well-being.
Chelsea has spent the last 13 years cultivating her craft and has gained a following with her ability to create a tranquil experience that will leave you with a lasting glow and beautiful, clear skin.
