Shipping

After placing an online order with us, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase.

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during weekends and holiday periods.

Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

If you did not receive the emails, please make sure to check your spam folder.

You can expect delivery between 5-7 business days!

can i add to my order?

Absolutely! If we haven't shipped your order out and you would like to add products, send us an email or text us at 843-281-4536 and we will give you a code to bypass your additional shipping fee.

Do you offer express shipping?

If you need an item ASAP (we get it, trust us.) send us a text message to 843-281-4536 to make sure we are able to get it to you right away.

If so, we will get you a quote and ship it out right away!

When will my online order be ready for local pickup?

Your order will be ready withing 24-48 hours. Expect to receive an email stating that it is ready for pickup.

If you would like to pick it up sooner, text or call the office to make sure we can accomodate!

returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchases and in the original packaging and not opened. 

​The cost of the return is payable by the customer, or dropped off at our location. 

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at thelookandco@gmail.com with your order number, the item being returned, and reason for return.

We do not currently offer exchanges.​

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, and for your protection, we recommend you use a trackable delivery service and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
