How to use

It's easier than you think - 5 steps, 60 seconds.

STEP 1: Start with DRY skin Do this BEFORE your shower, not during. The formula only works on completely dry skin. If your skin is damp, it won't pill properly.

STEP 2: Spray generously Hold bottle 4-6 inches from skin. Spray enough to cover the area - you want good coverage, not a light mist.

Areas to spray:

  • Arms (upper and lower)
  • Legs (thighs, calves, shins)
  • Elbows and knees
  • Back and shoulders (this is where spray format shines - you can reach!)
  • Chest and décolletage
  • Bald head or scalp
  • Anywhere that feels rough or bumpy

STEP 3: Massage gently Use circular motions with medium pressure. You'll feel the liquid turn into a gel texture, then start pilling up. Keep going for 30-60 seconds per area.

You're not scrubbing hard - just gentle, continuous circular movements.

STEP 4: Watch it work You'll see little balls forming and rolling across your skin. That's dead skin binding to the product and lifting away. This is the satisfying part everyone talks about.

STEP 5: Rinse thoroughly Hop in the shower and rinse everything off with warm water. All the rolled-up dead skin washes away easily.

STEP 6: Follow up Pat dry and apply body moisturizer or body oil while skin is still slightly damp. Your freshly exfoliated skin will absorb it like crazy.

How often: 1-2 times per week. More than that can over-exfoliate.

Best time: Evening before shower. Your smooth skin can repair overnight.
