Shipping policy
After placing an online order with us, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase.
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during weekends and holiday periods. The Processing time during a sale will be 24-72 hrs. If we have run out of something in your order, you will be contacted asap and made aware of when the replacement will be in our office.
Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
If you did not receive the emails, please make sure to check your spam folder.
If you are picking up in store, we ask that you do not come in to pick up until you have received confirmation from our staff that it is ready to pick up.
